About this case
Milo has been enjoying his retirement for some time together with his lovely wife Vita (see Vita). Most of the time they are abroad in their camping caravan. It is their freedom and their sunny life. He came to Dr Defrancq with his wife since she needed some implants in the lower jaw. At the end of the consultation they both made an appointment for a total implant rehabilitation with immediate loading. It was their wish to go under general anaesthesia the same day, and to be treated together. They were both scheduled in June 2015 and they both had their teeth on implants seven days later. Milo was edentulous and had a severe Class III. So we scheduled him for a substantial Le Fort I advancement together with the implants and the impression-taking at the one time.
